- Consequences
A daily practice of spoken mantras and time on your knees. A morning recitation of ownership, ten minutes kneeling on a bare floor each evening, a nightly surrender before bed, and a weekly review.
Needs Premium: the two mantras and the make-up punishment. Everything else works on the free plan: the kneeling, the written page, and the weekly review.
For couples who want a daily practice of words said out loud and time spent kneeling. In the first week, clear the kneeling spot, then say the morning mantra on your knees, spend ten minutes in position on a bare floor in the evening, and close the day with the nightly surrender. By the end of the first week, write and send the page you have never said out loud. A rushed mantra is said again from the start, and a missed ritual is made up the next day for twice the time. After two weeks, rewrite any line that no longer feels true, and move the times to fit your days. Either of you can pause the practice at any time.

Note from Kneel Team: Talk about the practice itself: which lines worked and which times did not. Already have this from another Kneel Team Blueprint? Leave it unticked.

Our Rituals
- Rituals happen at their set time. If a day makes that impossible, say so before, not after.
- Mantras are said out loud, slowly, and kneeling. A rushed mantra is said again from the start.
- A missed ritual is made up the next day, kneeling, for twice the time.
- Any mantra line that stops feeling true gets rewritten together.
- Either partner can pause or stop at any time.
Protocols
Note from Kneel Team: Add your own lines once the practice settles.
