  • Consequences

A first setup for couples new to power exchange. A stop word on day one, your rules written back in your own words, a morning greeting, five minutes kneeling on a bare floor three evenings a week, an evening check-in, a weekly review, and the corner for a repeated miss.

Needs Premium: the punishment, the reward, the penalty points on the morning greeting, and the set time on the evening check-in. Everything else works on the free plan, with the check-in as one daily check-in at any time of day.

Start here if you are new to power exchange and want a daily rhythm before anything strict. The first week is small: a stop word on day one, your rules written back in your own words, a kneeling spot cleared, a morning greeting, and an evening check-in. Kneeling starts at five minutes on a bare floor, three evenings a week, and time is added when you are told. A missed item costs a few points, and a repeated miss in the same week means twenty minutes in the corner. After two weeks, use the weekly review to keep what works and drop what does not. Either of you can pause or stop at any time.

What is inside

Part 1: Foundations

  1. Agreement term

    How We Start

    • We start small: a few rules, a daily rhythm, and time to learn what works.
    • New rules are explained before they start.
    • A missed item costs points. A repeated miss in the same week means time in the corner.
    • Either partner can pause or stop at any time.
    • A stop word ends anything at once, with nothing owed after it.
    • Requests use the form the dominant sets: the address, the words, and waiting for the answer before you move.

    Foundation

Note from Kneel Team: Talk this through before anything else starts. For limits and aftercare in full, add Consent First.
  2. Task

    Say the Stop Word Aloud

Send your stop word in writing, then say it out loud once today, so it is easy to reach when you need it. It ends anything at once, with nothing owed after it.

Due 1 day after you add itEarns 5 points

Note from Kneel Team: Pick a word that would never come up by accident. It works for both of you.
  3. Task

Write the Rules in Your Own Words

Write out every rule you have been given, in your own words, one line each, and send the list back for correction. If a rule is unclear, write what you think it means rather than leaving it off.

Due 2 days after you add itEarns 10 pointsLoses 5 points if missed

Note from Kneel Team: The dominant writes three to five rules first. Unclear ones show up here, before anything depends on them.
  4. Task

    Clear a Place to Kneel

Pick one spot in your home and set it up so you can take position there: floor cleared, nothing in the way. Photograph it once it is ready.

Due 3 days after you add itEarns 10 pointsPhoto proof

Note from Kneel Team: A bare floor, cleared. This is where you kneel from now on.

Part 2: Daily rhythm

  1. Ritual

    Premium extras

    Send a Morning Greeting

Send your greeting before you start the day. One line is enough. The words matter less than the fact that it arrives every single morning.

Daily at 08:00Earns 5 pointsLoses 5 points if missed

Note from Kneel Team: Move the time to fit real mornings.
  2. Check-in

    Evening check-in

Daily by 21:00Earns 5 pointsLoses 5 points if missed

Note from Kneel Team: Mood and a line or two each evening. The dominant sees it on their home screen. On the free plan it comes in as one daily check-in at any time of day.
  3. Task

    Kneel for Five Minutes

Take position tonight on a bare floor, hands behind your back, phone in another room. Five minutes without moving. Move and the five minutes starts again. Message when the five minutes are done.

3× per weekEarns 10 pointsLoses 5 points if missed

Note from Kneel Team: Any three evenings a week. Time is added when you are told, not when you decide.

Part 3: Review and reward

  1. Ritual

    Review the Week

Once a week, write a short review of the week and send it: what worked, what slipped, and the one thing that changes next week. Fifteen minutes is enough, and it happens even in the weeks where nothing went wrong.

Weekly on Sun at 19:30Earns 10 points

Note from Kneel Team: This is where rules get adjusted. Keep it short and keep it weekly.
  2. Reward

    Premium

    Pick What Gets Watched

Choose tonight's film or episode outright. No veto, no negotiating, and no comment on the choice afterwards.

    Costs 25 points

Note from Kneel Team: Priced low, so it is reachable in the first week.

Part 4: Punishment

  1. Punishment

    Premium

    Twenty Minutes in the Corner

Stand facing the corner for twenty minutes with nothing to occupy the mind: no phone, no music, no conversation. Hands at the sides, no leaning, no shifting.

    Timer20 min

Note from Kneel Team: For a repeated miss in the same week. Already have this from another Kneel Team Blueprint? Leave it unticked.
