Solo Self-Discipline: Rules You Set and Keep

11 items13 October 2026

  • Consequences

Self-accountability for a submissive practicing alone. Write your own rules, report on them every night, check in each morning, go a full week with nothing missed, and answer your own misses with lines, screens off, or the floor for the evening. Health, sleep, and work come first.

Needs Premium: the three punishments, the reward, and the set time on the morning check-in. Everything else works on the free plan, with the check-in as one daily check-in at any time of day.

For a submissive practicing alone who wants to keep their own rules. On day one, write the rules down and keep the list short. The first week runs on a morning check-in and a nightly report, with one room cleaned to your standard. From then on, aim for seven days with nothing missed, and report the count every night. A broken rule is answered the same day, and a missed report the next evening: seventy-five lines, screens off after dinner, or the floor until bed. After two weeks, change one rule at most, so you can tell what helped. Your health, sleep, and work come first, and you can pause or stop with nothing owed.

What is inside

Part 1: Your rules

  1. Agreement term

    My Rules

    • I keep my rules written down, and the list short enough to follow.
    • I report every night on the rules I kept and the ones I broke.
    • When I miss something, I take one of my set consequences the same day (the next evening for a missed nightly report) and move on. Nothing is added on top.
    • My health, sleep, meals, and work come before any rule.
    • If this stops helping, I pause or stop, with nothing owed.

    Protocols

Note from Kneel Team: Written in the first person, because you set the rules and you keep them.
  2. Task

    Write Your Rules Down

Write out every rule you are setting for yourself, one line each. Keep the list short: five rules you will keep beat fifteen you will not.

Due 1 day after you add itEarns 10 points

Note from Kneel Team: Day one. Everything else checks against this list.

Part 2: Every day

  1. Check-in

    Morning check-in

Daily by 09:00Earns 5 pointsLoses 5 points if missed

Note from Kneel Team: Mood and a plan for the day. The small penalty makes a skipped morning show. On the free plan it comes in as one daily check-in at any time of day.
  2. Ritual

    Nightly Rules Report

List the rules you kept today and the ones you broke. Just the list, no excuses attached to it. Short and honest beats long and polished.

    Daily at 22:00Earns 10 points

Note from Kneel Team: Write it on good days too. The list becomes the record you look back on.

Part 3: Every week

  1. Task

    Clean One Room to Standard

Clean one room to the standard you set: surfaces clear, floor done, nothing shoved into a drawer to get it out of sight. Photograph it from the doorway when it is finished.

1× per weekEarns 10 pointsLoses 5 points if missed

Note from Kneel Team: One room a week, a different one each time.
  2. Ritual

    Review the Week

Once a week, go through the week: what worked, what slipped, and the one thing that changes next week. Fifteen minutes is enough, and it happens even in the weeks where nothing went wrong.

Weekly on Sun at 19:30Earns 10 points

Note from Kneel Team: Change one rule at most per week, so you can tell what worked.
  3. Task

    A Week, Nothing Missed

Complete every assigned item for seven days running: nothing missed, nothing late, nothing half finished. One slip and the count goes back to zero. Report the count every night.

Due 14 days after you add itEarns 40 pointsLoses 20 points if missed

Note from Kneel Team: Due two weeks after import. Mark it done on the seventh clean day. If that day has not come by the due date, it counts as missed.

Part 4: Punishments and reward

  1. Punishment

    Premium

    Seventy-Five Lines

Write the assigned line seventy-five times by hand, numbered, in one sitting. Photograph every page. A skipped number or a copied block and the page is written again from the top.

    Timer45 minPhoto proof

Note from Kneel Team: Your default answer to a broken rule. The line names the rule.
  2. Punishment

    Premium

    Screens Off After Dinner

No television, games, or scrolling from the end of dinner until bedtime tonight. The screen goes face down and stays there.

    Restriction4 hours

Note from Kneel Team: For a missed nightly report. Serve it the next evening: assign it at the end of dinner, and it ends on its own 4 hours later.
  3. Punishment

    Premium

    Floor Only for the Evening

No sitting on furniture from dinner until bed: floor or kneeling only. No exceptions for comfort. It ends at bedtime tonight.

    Restriction4 hours

Note from Kneel Team: For the same rule broken twice in a week. Assign it at dinner: it ends on its own 4 hours later. Practicing alone, there is no one to ask: it holds until bedtime.
  4. Reward

    Premium

    A Morning Lie-In

Sleep past the usual alarm one morning. The morning items are cleared for that day, not moved to the evening.

    Costs 50 points

Note from Kneel Team: Spend points on rest, not only on treats.
